Thank you for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable! Our family has talked for years about getting away to the beach for thanksgiving. This was our first year to try it and thanks in part to our great experience with Ocean Reef we will most likely be making it a new tradition!

Great location, super clean, condo has everything you need to enjoy your family vacation and it's about our 7th time visiting Majestic Sun! Our favorite designation.
- Tina My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reefs White Sands Landing. This was our first time renting a beach home so I have to admit, I was kind of leery about what to expect. I must say, the pictures from the website are an exact match to the home. The location was great. It was walking distance to the beach. The staff that assisted us in making the reservation were very helpful. We come to Destin every year at Thanksgiving. We've already decided for 2016, we'll be staying in an Ocean Reefs property. This house is amazing! It is walking distance to the beach. Our neighbors were very friendly. I love the balcony on each floor. Great value for the price. This was our home away from home. Our family comes to Destin every year at Thanksgiving. We will NEVER stay in a hotel again. Ocean Reefs property is where we'll be staying from now on. Thanks for your great service and hospitality.

The surroundings were beautiful, the home we stayed in was very comfortable, the people we extremely friendly and location was perfect. We were close enough to walk or ride every where. We will be returning in the near future. Don't think we can wait until next year!!!

MUCH APPRECIATED! - June This is the place where you can go and feel like you are still at home and make your dream come true of family vacation white sand clear clean water blue sky makes sea blue and amazing experience with the price you cannot believe.
- Sam Ocean Reef is a dependable rental company. We've rented from OR for a few years and most likely will continue to do so.
Mellow Yellow is a great location. Easy access to the beach due to a lot that has not been built on - when lot is finished, may be just a little more walk to either beachwalk piers. Note that the house has no elevator, so hauling groceries to third floor can be exhausting - give the job to the kids. If you like to cook, you will want to bring your own cooking utensils and cookware - the utensils at the house are quite used and cheap. if you need a big saute pan of 10" or more bring your own. This info would have been helpful before we got here. The dishwasher and upstairs stack washer/dryer have seen their days. Wash/Dry can wake up the house and the dishwasher is in desparate need of new utensil holder as well as bottom rack. Furniture in living ares is worn and needs to also be replaced. On bottom floor, good storage and new washer/dryer combo there, works well. Would have been nice to have access to a vaccum versus a broom - lots of sand gets into the house. The bedrooms were quite comfy and the b'rooms well done. Nice big table for meals and plenty of bar stools in kitchen, good size pantry, fridge is double door i think 23 cu ft, For the price & location house is well worth it. Be aware if you bring more than three cars, parking is going to be an issue, the picture looks like there is more places to park than really is, street is narrow. Road deadends around the corner which is nice, reduces traffic flow in the neighborhood. This property was exceptional....best place we've ever stayed; perfect for our "last" family vacation as the children are or will be graduating from college soon and heading in different directions; could not have been better equipped; every place I looked the amenities were there; Everything was very well thought out. I'm a perfectionist and I was very pleased.
- Joseph V. Once again ocean reef resorts has not only met but exceeded our expectations. Their staff is very courteous and helpful. We rented a unit at Majestic Sun overlooking the gulf and it was absolutely beautiful. We couldn't have asked for better weather. The property was very clean and all the facilities including the pool and the fitness room were kept clean on a daily basis. There's lots to do nearby and many places are within walking distance to shop, eat and have fun :)
