The unit we had at Tops'l Beach Manor was really nice, very roomy, easy and close beach access, close to both pools and a work-out room. We couldn't see the beach because of the dunes, but the landscaping was lovely and we could definitely hear the sounds of the sea, and only had to walk a few feet to see the water. Great and beautiful beach!
