Really like the email notifications you guys send throughout the reservation, check in and check out process. One of the great things about staying Crystal Sands is the fact that you can send door code and not have to go by an office to get keys and check in. We have stayed at Crystal Sands since they first opened 20 years ago. We love the place and we think Ocean Reef has better rates, better cleaning staff and overall better customer care than any of the other Destin rental agencies. So keep up the good work!
