I will have to say, your customer service was EXCELLENT!!! The first morning we had issues with our coffee pot, and with in an hour of calling, someone was at the door with a new coffee pot. The unit was immaculant as well as the grounds. We have stayed at the Amalfi several times, and this unit takes the cake!! We were more than pleased with the entire package!! This Unit was amazing!! The pictures did not do it enough justice, and we were impressed by the pictures. The Unit was very clean, well decorated and felt
like home. We were pleased with the upgrades the Amalfi have done over the
years. We love the gated entrance and the grounds were spotless. Michael from
Maintanence is amazing as well. Always there if you need anything on the
grounds. Again, we couldn't have been more pleased, and will be calling to
reserve this unit again!!
