Continue the quality customer service we've experience over the past 7 years! We always try to reserve 1402GS.  Currently Ocean Reef has only two condos at Hidden Dunes for rent.  It would be nice if you could arrange for more to give us opportunities to continue our stays at Hidden Dunes.  It would also be nice if the owners would arrange for free use of the beach umbrella/chairs as part of the rent. Any time we communicate with Ocean Reef Resorts either by phone or internet I've always received prompt and quality responses.  Over time I've talked with most of the employees and all are most helpful.  They all know the value of Customer Service.

We were very pleased with our reservation at 1402 gulfside at hidden dunes. We definitely plan on returning! The view was exceptional and our party was totally comfortable with our accommodations!
