All 4 Fun is exactly as described on the website and in a very good location. We had very easy access to the beach and on the way to the beach we could stop at the pool if we wanted. My complaints are definitely in the cleanliness area as this house needs an extra deep cleaning. We saw bugs in the house also which I would link to the dirtiness of the house. With some great cleaning and updating the TV's, washer, & dryer this would make the house just about perfect.
