The staff was very accommodating. Having been in Destin for a baseball tournament and being rained out one day, we needed to extend our stay an additional day and Richard located a condo on the beach for us to rent for just the extra day even though the rentals are for full weeks at this time of year. The concierge service gave us great information on extra activities which was appreciated.

Love this home!  This is the second time that we have rented it for our vacation with the kids and grand kids. Many sweet memories made here and we appreciate your friendly and very capable staff.  The power went out while we I was babysitting the little one. When I called the office to report it, I was immediately reassured that they would call the power company and check on it.  I received a call back within minutes to let me know that they had spoken with the power company and that the power would be restored very soon.  I also had to cancel my credit card due to fraudulent charges and have a new one sent to the office. I was informed as soon as it arrived and was greeted with a very hospitable and friendly member of your staff when I went by the office to pick it up. All in all, we could not be more pleased with our experience with Ocean Reef Vacation Rentals and we recommend your vacation rentals to our friends and coworkers. Thank you!

Our original property had an electrical fire the 2nd day but when I called Mark about it he was very apologetic and quickly got us into Britania which turned out to be twice as big and twice as nice with no extra charge. Hands down the best customer service I've experienced through any vacation rental company! Not to mention the house was amazing! Thanks so much! We'll definitely use Ocean Reef again!
