We have been coming to this house for a week in the summer, with the exception of one year, since 2006. We know what to expect, our expectations are high and everything lived up to them.

The deck at Caribbean Breezes has some loose boards around the pool and the gate to the boardwalk was broken.  No big deal but didn't want a safety issue later around the pool. Otherwise, we loved the property and the neighborhood of Caribe.  The Ocean Reef staff at check-in were very friendly and helpful.

We were very excited that the Caribbean Breezes had all new tv's this year. The air had been fixed downstairs and it was very comfortable downstairs compared to our stays in the past. We LOVE the new bar top table and chairs on the deck! This is by far our favorite beach house we have ever stayed in. Looking forward to our next trip!
