thank you so much for letting us get into the house a few hours early. It was very much appreciated after a long night of travel! When we arrived the pool was in need of cleaning. One quick phone call and the pool guy was there in less than 15 minutes. That is great service. Ocean Reef worked with me every step of the way. When the first house we booked sold, we were contacted immediately and we were set up with the replacement house. Then nightmare of nightmares, the people we were travelling with told us the wrong dates. Ocean Reef did not penalize us for the error, instead they eagerly helped and helped resolved the problem.

My family of 4 plus a friend and two other families with young children stayed in Champagne Jam in August. We absolutely loved it. The property was immaculate. The pool and backyard was beautiful. There is even a horseshoe pit complete with corn hole boards! Very short walk to the beach and you can see and hear the waves from the second and third floor. Our favorite part was the rooftop balcony. There was a small problem with the pool and with one short phone call someone was there within ten minutes to resolve the issue! Wonderful vacation in a wonderful home. Another plus is the keyless entry so you don't even have to go thru the typical "check-in/check-out" procedure, it's all done thru email... So easy!! Will definitely be back!
