We have rented numerous houses and you are never sure if the pictures are up to date, is the place clean, is it well stocked in the kitchen etc etc. The pictures on your site were spot on and when we arrived the home was very clean, well done by the Cleaning Staff and the kitchen had more than enough plates, cups, pots/pans, coffee maker Keurig (huge bonus, we have one at home) !! Then, getting the gas grill delivered was just an added bonus, we didn't expect that but kudos to you as that is really Customer CARE !! We are already talking about next year and we'll not hesitate using Ocean Reef again !!! You made our vacation easy and the extra discount Services were easy to use, e.g. golf reservations !! - Jay and Charlotte |
