We had a great time and the Pelican Roost was the perfect house for our family gathering. The kitchen had everthing we needed to cook and feed our large party.

 I would recommend this property to anyone.  It is everything and so much more than anyone would expect. We had 17 women at Pelican Roost to enjoy the pleasures of the beach and the private pool. The facilities were beautiful, I can't say enough about the great time we all had.  We had room for personal privacy and room for group activities.

We stayed at the Pelican's Roost from 6/15/2013 through 6/22/13.  The location is perfect for walking to the beach with your family!  It only takes a few minutes literally!  We had 5 children 1 was an infant and 1 was a toddler, it was perfect. We were a family of 16 and it was the perfect house for us.  Plenty of room to spread out and to gather.  The grandchildren didn't want to get out the pool and the babies loved the play area.  The house is pretty close to the pictures, could use a little more cleaning.  Close to everything.  Other than that great vacation.
