This property was very accommodating. It was in a nice secluded area. My favorite feature was the spacious kitchen and open den area. It was perfect for our large group of family and friends.

The Sea Schroer, or "The Tree House" as my family calls it, allowed my family the most wonderful beach vacation we have ever experienced. We were secluded from the hustle and bustle of the tourist-y atmosphere of Destin. We might as well have been on our own private island. The enormous house is perched inside a plethora of trees, and from within, we felt as though we were living within one ourselves. The private beach was tranquil and perfect. Nature hikes were a part of our everyday routine. We loved it. We loved every minute of it, and we plan to return again and again and again.

Sea Schroer is the PERFECT house for multi-families.  You can all be together in the kitchen/ living room or you can retire to one of the porches or other living room for some quiet time.  Our whole family loved our vacation there.
