This is the first rental property at any location in my 30 years of vacation rentals which exactly matched it's description and in which everything was in perfect condition and all appliances and mechanicals worked! The pool was large for a backyard vacation pool and their pool deck was the focus of our week, even though we did enjoy a rain free beautiful week in the ocean too. Plenty of sturdy lounge chairs, an umbrella table, and grill set up on the pool deck. My only minor request would be to provide a sharper knife for families who like to cook in Seascape's well-appointed kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the master suite and bath were spacious. Beach access was an easy quarter mile walk or a couple minutes on bikes. At the end of the week we looked at other house rentals in the area and Seascape is the best overall house rental in that area of Seacrest.
