Snowdrift is an awesome location & an even better view.  Could use a little updating and better quality of doors & locks.

Overall the property was good. Expensive but ok. I will probably look at other venues in the area on our next return. Your people were great to work with and we enjoyed our visit. It will be interesting to compare with other properties in
the coming years.

Snowdrift was exactly what we had wanted and expected--a manageable sized house (for 2 people), right on the beach, with not too many stairs.  We were very pleased. We were also very pleased with the responsiveness of the ORR staff who arranged for us to enter the house a little early and depart an hour late.  We were especially pleased with staff's response to our beach service (which we had been told would be available, but when we arrived, there was a glitch).   One ORR representative recommended Chef Jekyll, a personal chef, who we employed for our 20th anniversary dinner.  He was TERRIFIC--a wonderful recommendation.  Thank you. We appreciated the grill and the tank of propane, as well as the full sized washer and dryer. The only area we would have like to have been done
better had to do with how the house was provisioned: there were no basic staples available in the house--no salt/pepper, sugar, saran/aluminum foil (which have always been available in other homes we have rented).  There was no hair dryer (yes, you did indicate this on the website, but we couldn't believe it wouldn't actually be there).  There were no things to use on the beach (e.g. beach towels, chairs, floats/boards).  The quality of the pots and pans, silverware and dish/glassware could have been higher.  (The ice machine, however, was a definite 'plus' and the toaster oven was appreciated.) We also expected that the house would have menus for local restaurants and flyers of local attractions and businesses, as well as some basic games and videos. Our overall experience was a wonderful week.  Thank you.

Have stayed with Ocean Reef many times. Never disappointed.  We had an awesome time at Snowdrift.  Plenty of space and loved being right there so close to the beach. Have stayed in condos and houses.  A house is the way
to go.  Hassle free. No elevators or crowded beach to deal with.  Next year hope to stay 10 days or 2 weeks. Thank you so much!

We have used Ocean Reef several times over the past years, it is the only way we have traveled to Destin or Sandestin. They make the whole process very easy and we have always had excellent service and accommodations!

Also loved the amenities. Sarah K's is great, ordered the "First Night in Town" and it was fantastic! La Dolce Vita was helpful during the trip, worked with us to get us what we wanted.  However, the price I was charged was higher than what I was quoted. I have emailed Don but have had no response.
