I've marked exceeded expectation on everything, but since we have come to expect great things from Ocean Reef properties, I could have put met expectations..... that just doesn't sound good enough for me. Additionally, your reps are the greatest, particularly Todd so give him a big raise.  All reps we've talked with over the years have been wonderful, very knowledgeable and helpful.
