Upon arrival, I noticed a coffee pot was missing and was just about to head out the door to buy one when a lady showed up with a new one in her hands. As she was cleaning the unit prior to our arrival, she noticed the existing glass caraffe was broken and secured a replacement. Top notch service by any standard. I only wish I had her name to be sure she receives the credit due for truely outstanding service.
