The Villa Rosa House was perfect for my daughters wedding. The staff at Ocean Reef were always so kind and helpful!

Loved the spaciousness of the property since we had unexpected poor weather during our stay. Despite having 20 people in our party, we didn't feel that we were on top of each other.   The pool area was fabulous.  The downstairs/game room was perfect for our kids.  Greatly appreciated the refrigeration space , ice machines and dishwashers.  Kitchen had plenty of dishes,cups, and glasses  (though we did bring paper supply) . Since we did a fair amount of cooking, the absence of any decent kitchen knives was an aggravation. It was nice that the porch area was screened it which helped with the bugs. The main reason why would not immediately consider rebooking has to do with the view ( street, houses and rooftops)  We typically have stayed on the beach.  We were just unlucky with the weather and didn't make it out to the beach area like we had hoped. It is an absolutely beautiful property with lots of nice amnenities.

We had a very good time at Villa Rossa celebrating our 50th anniversary with our family. We will be back, but won't need such a big accommodation next time. Thank you for all your efforts. Especially, T.J.

Overall we were very pleased with the Villa Rosa and all it had to offer.  The realty staff gave us prompt attention and provided us with any need we had. Some chairs/couches would be nice in the game room. No place to sit if not playing a game. One amenity that would be nice is free daily umbrella and beach chairs set-up.  All homes we have rented in the past offered this amenity. We thank the owners for sharing their home with us and Ocean Reef Resorts for their good service.
