When I have stayed at other properties (from different rentals) there were start up items available ie coffee filters, salt & pepper, dish soap, cleaning spray etc. We had to buy everything we needed to cook with or clean with. Otherwise it was great.
It was nice to have the movie rentals available. We really did enjoy our stay. One more thing, since we were there off season, we did not have chairs to sit on at the beach. I did not want to buy them as we flew down.We will most likely return to WD309. It was very comfortable.
