I thought Ocean Reef Resorts was extraordinary in your responsiveness to our communications -- we were short the number of coffee cups needed for the house (8 when there were 16 plates), and the number of adults we had there (12) and a staff member delivered coffee mugs within the hour! Every repair was taken care of immediately - we had doors with locks/latches that were broken and a contractor came and spent several hours repairing latches, replacing light bulbs inside and out. The responsiveness to our calls for service was above and beyond -- we were VERY impressed!
We loved Sandcastle by the Sea, the pool, the views; it was a little busier area along the Scenic Rte. 98 than the pictures suggested, but manageable. The distance for us (we came from Ohio, Virginia, NC, & Texas!) and the crazy hectic traffic make this location more challenging, but we would consider this home again for an anniversary event like the one we had.
