We checked in and got situated. finished getting things ready for the week. It was afternoon and I was having trouble with the TV remote, so I called. Someone came out within the half hour - on a to resolve the situation. I couldn't believe it - what EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I am still telling eveyone how wonderful you are!!!!!!!
